The West Bay Condo Association’s Board of Directors represents the community, while Jupiter Management manages the property on the Board’s behalf. The The West Bay Condo Association website provides owners with useful and important for all West Bay residents.

  • The next West Bay Board Association meeting will take place on December 23, 2025.

  • Please contact Jupiter Management for all building repairs, landscape requests and issues, and to report any issues with the community. West Bay’s new Issue Tracker will ensure all owners receive a timely response to their needs and resolution.

  • Residents have several options to pay their quarterly dues:

    1.) Mail a check to Jupiter Management (c/o Stephen Skakandy at 1340 U.S. Highway, #1, Suite 102, Jupiter, FL 33469), or,

    2.) Pay online via West Bay’s new online portal operated by Vantaca.

  • Stephen Skakandy at Jupiter Management represents the Board and provides management of the West Bay property.

West Bay is one of the most sought after communities in Jonathan’s Landing. With its easy access to the Clubhouse and all three gates, mix of lush tropical plants, wide roads and shaded paths, West Bay is uniquely situated along Jonathan’s lake. Consisting of West Bay Drive, Back Bay Drive, Island Cove, and Schooner Pointe Drive, West Bay is a friendly neighborhood that caters to residents who proudly call Florida home as well as residents who hail from all corners of America.

Reserve Study


For 2026, West Bay’s independent consultant is recommending a Reserve contribution of $405,250, up from a minimum funding recommendation of $292,800 in 2025. The year-over-year increase amounts to $112,150 per unit ($216 per unit per quarter).  There are several factors for this recommendation:

  • Contributing only the recommended amount places West Bay at a fully funded rate of 28.9%, which is considered a low rating and arguably leaves West Bay susceptible to special assessments in the future. 

  • There are concerns that there may be other Reserve projects that have not yet been considered, but that may arise in the future.
